Stochastic Oscillator

Compares a security's closing price to its price range over a given period. %K is the raw stochastic value; %D is a smoothed moving average of %K.

Inputs: [high, low, close]  |  Options: [k_period, k_slowing_period, d_period]  |  Outputs: [stoch_k, stoch_d]
